Authority and Responsibilities

•To provide overall communication, coordination, and assessment of the academics within the institute.
•To finalize the academic calendar of the institute as per the University, time-table, registration of students for examinations.
•To maintain and updated academic records of all students.
•To carry out Academic Audit, prepare action plan based on the audit and suggest suitable action in relation to continuous improvement.
•To plan suitable mechanism for feedback collection from stakeholders, analysis and corrective action.
•To suggest the any other suitable steps from time to time to strive for the high academic standards.
•To implement monitor strategies of useful examination practices at college.
•Create question banks for various subjects and courses to facilitate random selection of question papers.
•Coordinate with university for prompt response and delivery of student queries.
